If you arrive late for your appointment, you will lose treatment time.
All IPL appointments missed is a £6 charge per 15 minutes booked.
To cancel/rearrange/alter any appointments, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to reassign your appointment to another client. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge. Any appointments booked within 24 hours are non changeable. For any appointments 90mins or longer a minimum of 48 hours of notice must be given. To cancel group bookings (more than 1 person) 10 days notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in a 50%charge. Some group bookings will require a 50% advance payment when the booking is made. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policies will result in losing the deposit paid. Thank you for your co-operation.
Under no circumstances will we refund or exhange any products that have been bought from us.
The booking fee for many of our treatments are non-refundable.
Discounted treatments and promotions
All offers and promotions are available for a limited time only, you will be made aware of this date every time a new offer or promotion is released.
All our gift vouchers are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. Any voucher not used within 4 months of purchase will be forfeited, under no circumstances will vouchers be extended. If a gift voucher is bought for a promotion the gift voucher will only be valid for the period of the promotion, this period will be stipulated on the gift voucher at point of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
All discounted treatments and courses of treatments are non refundable and non transferable contract, if however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons (of which we will require a doctors note), we will freeze your course of treatment and restart when you are ready.
In the event of short term side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, burning or blistering, hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation as well as rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discolouration we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.
Safiya’s Retreat will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage rising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure and provide Safiya’s Retreat with all up to date relevant medical details prior to each and every treatment. Safiya’s Retreat will not be liable for any damage which occurs as a result of the clients failure to disclose any relevant medical details to Safiya’s Retreat.
The client agrees to comply with any and all instructions/recommendations given to them by or on behalf of Safiya’s Retreat regarding the care of any treated area prior to, during and/or after treatment. Safiya’s Retreat will not be liable for any damage caused by the clients failure to follow any of Safiya’s Retreat’s instructions/recommendations regarding the care of the treated area.
Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Safiya’s Retreats liability for any personal injury resulting from Safiya’s Retreats negligence.
